If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. We are here to help. For whatever reason you are not satisfied with the item(s), you can easily and quickly exchange or return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase hassle free.

We’ll happily allow returns & exchanges for items in their original condition when:

  • The item must be unused, with all tags still attached.
  • The item must be free of scents and marks and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item you received is incomplete or incorrect.
  • Please do not return anything without letting us know first!

Processing return and exchange requests takes between 2 to 3 business days after we receive your item back. If you’re looking for an exchange, you can expect to get your new item delivered through your original shipping method after processing.

 How to start a return?

1. Email to our customer care team ( support@godress.com ) and inform us with your order id and the reason why you want to return.
2. Our customer care team will contact you within 24 hrs and offer solutions.
3. Ship the returning item to our exchanges & returns address and keep us informed with the tracking number.
4. We’ll let you know once your return is being processed.

***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.. Please don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us. ***

3. Ship the returning item to our exchanges & returns address and keep us informed with the tracking number.
4. We’ll let you know once your new package was shipped out. You can expect the entire process to take 2-3 business days.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending of your card issuer’s policies.
